Integration Hub, public API and webhooks
Connect Thoshika to the software you keep. Developers use the public API and webhooks; administrators build flows to accounting, HR and CRM systems without code. Every call still goes through the same roles, scopes and tenant isolation as a person signing in.
Public API
A REST API under one version path, described in OpenAPI 3, with a developer portal.
- API keys, or OAuth 2 client-credentials apps with one-hour tokens
- Each credential carries app roles, optional role scopes (for example one GSTIN) and an app list
- Read-only or read-write access; admin endpoints are never open to API clients
- Per-client rate limits and daily quotas, with rate-limit headers
- Key rotation with an overlap period, expiry, revocation and an IP allowlist per client
- Every call logged with client, path, status and latency, kept for 90 days
Webhooks
Business events, such as an invoice posted, a payroll run locked or a deal won, are recorded in the same transaction as the change and delivered to your endpoints.
- A catalogue of business events, each with a JSON Schema and a sample
- HMAC-SHA256 signatures with a timestamp; secret rotation signs with both secrets for 24 hours
- Eight retries over about a day and a half, with backoff and jitter
- Delivery log, dead-letter queue and replay of one or all failed deliveries
- Test events, and automatic pausing of an endpoint that keeps failing, with an alert
Integration Hub
Flows move records in or out of Thoshika on an event, a schedule or on demand, with field mapping, lookup tables and a preview against a sample before you switch them on.
- Templates for common flows, such as expenses or payroll to Tally
- Mapping with transforms, and lookups for ledgers, GST tax codes, cost centres and pay components
- Inbound records go through the owning app’s rules, never straight into tables
- Run history, retries, dead letters and replay; alerts for failures
- Credentials encrypted per company

Beta connectors are built on the vendors' published APIs and file formats and are tested against recorded samples, not yet against live accounts. Product names belong to their owners; Thoshika is not certified by, partnered with or affiliated with these vendors.
Tally on your own network (beta)
Tally usually runs on a computer in the office. The Thoshika Bridge is a small agent that runs next to it, polls the hub over HTTPS and passes vouchers to Tally locally. You do not open any inbound port.
Coming later: multi-step flows with branching, separate test and live environments, a connector SDK, and connectors for Busy, Marg, SAP Business One and Workday.
